On March the 21st, Municipality of Ravenna (Italy) invites the inhabitants to join the third public meeting. In this last session, the new mobility plan of Porto Corsini will be discussed with inhanibitants.
The plan focuses on technical solutions that could be implemented in the short-term and medium term period.
External experts and the municipality have jointly developed several draft projects that could resolve mobilty related problem pointed out by inhabitants during the previous meetings.
These solutions will be discussed with inhabitants in order to identify directly with citizens actions aimed to improve cycling, walking, road safety and parking facilities in Porto Corsini, the part of Ravenna which is most affected by cruise passengers mobilty.
Porto Corsini Plan will be part of the Low Carbon Transport Plan of Ravenna that will include several other actions designed to foster the use of low-carbon transport system for cruise-related passengers flows.
